Séjours INTEGRATIONS SCOLAIRES
2012

Availabilities : At school time, from Septembre to the end or mid June.

For highly motivated students who are willing to adapt to the french way of life.
Applications must be received at least 3 months before starting the programme

Ages : 14 to 18 years
14/16 years old students will attend a « college » (junior secondary level of high school).
16/18 years old students will attend a « lycée » (senior secondary level of high school). 

Even for 18 years old students, there will be no way to attend the last year of school which prepares french students to the « baccalaureat » (equivalent of A-Level, american diploma, Abitur, Selectividad) 

All students must be aware that french school days are long, usually from 08.00 hrs to 18.00 hrs .
There is one afternoon "off" : on Wednesday for the "college". Lunch time : 1.00 to 1.30 hr .
Students must be prepared to leave home between 07.00 and 07.30 hrs and to come back between 17.30 and 18.30 hrs.
The first weeks are usually very tirying for foreign students.

Durations :   4 weeks to 3 months

4 to 6 months

7 to 10 months (number of placements limited)

Accomodations : 

Host family :  (half board on week days, full board on week end and during school holidays)
We do our best to place students in families with approx. same age child(ren), but we CANNOT guarantee it.

Boarding School  :  available in REIMS only.

Locations : 
ST MALO - NANTES - TOURS  -  LILLE region - PIERRELATTE - Région PARIS -  ROUEN - REIMS 
HYERES - AVIGNON & French Riviera 

Our prices include : 

- Full board accomodation in a host family including lunches at the school restaurant on week days.
- School Integration
- Support of our local organizer
- 24/24 emergency staff

NOT included : 

- Books and materials
- Daily transportation to/from school (roughly 50€/month)
- Personal expenses: phone calls, shopping, extra social or educational activities.
- Domestic airfares and/or transfers to the town in which the student will be placed
- International airfare or transportation to France.

Location : NO choice of the area. It will depend on the availability of the school at the time of the application.

Please note :

1- We are looking for a school and for a host family when we get the form only.
2- We used to place students in public schools nevertherless, on request, or if the child of the family is attending a private school we can be led to place the student in a Private School. Depending on the school, fees are from 160€ up to 220€ per month.

We can arrange return TRANSFERS from the following airports, 
Paris CDG / NICE / MARSEILLE / BRUXELLES /  MONTPELLIER / NANTES / RENNES 

and others, on request, depending on the area

French TUITION  :  we can organize during the first 2 or 3 weeks ONE-to-ONE french tuition for the students.
